25 pounds or so probably? Just a guess....probably roughly that though. For a pair of springs, that is.

Shipping 4.5" coils from RE to me is $18. Depends on where the member is, but you can get a rough estimate by just going to RE's website, put the springs in your cart and enter your zip.
