Tire Carrier Latch

OK well i just got done building a rear tire carrier. So now i am trying to get some help on the best way to latch the thing shut and keep it from rattling around. I searched the threads but couldn't find really what i was looking for. If possible pictures and links to the websites would be appreciated.

Pick up a heavy duty Destco latch. It's what 90% of the industry uses.

Protofab4x4's cam latch is one of the best out there.
