WTB: 1994 and up AX-5 Bearing Retainer

I'm converting my 88 MJ over from internal slave to external slave. I have everything that I need except the bearing retainer. I need the bearing retainer from a 1994 and up 2.5 AX-4/5 that originally came with an external slave cylinder.

Looks like this.

I'm hoping to not have to pay 100 bucks for this thing from a dealer.
