members for Winterfest will receive free camping at the on-site campground near the badlands entrance.
Pre-registered members will also receive a special gift from the BOD. I cannot confirm and announce what this gift will be just yet, but I guarantee that you will appreciate it.
members that attend Winterfest will be entered into a members only drawing to be held at the dinner and raffle on Saturday night. We are still working to confirm this item(s), but you'll definitely want to have your name in the hat.
Please make sure that your membership is up to date and will not be expired before Winterfest. We will be checking the membership list with the attendees list on Thursday March 3rd when we put the registration packets together, so if you have already pre-registered, just make sure your membership is still current or renewed by then.
