General Warehouse Associate (Cashmere) WA
JustDifferentials is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. We are a fast growing company with 2 locations that ships worldwide. Great opportunity for advancement!
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to navigate through a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment in which information may come from multiple sources and deadlines may change
- Ability to maintain good attendance record
- Self-motivated and able to work within a small team atmosphere as well as unsupervised
- Strong written and oral communication as well as high attention to detail and proficient math skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional and positive work ethic
Essential functions, (but not limited to):
- Pick and pack general orders
- Process orders for shipping
- Maintain stock levels in home locations
- Organize bulk inventory locations
- Assist with inventory control
- Receiving inbound product and processing returns
- Cross train in other areas of shipping floor / Kit Room and other projects & duties as assigned
Additional requirements:
- Previous warehouse and related equipment experience preferred but not necessary
- Prolonged standing, bending and twisting
- Ability to climb ladders and/or work at heights up to 15 feet
- Ability to lift, and carry, up to 50+ lbs. regularly, using proper technique
