I ordered the wrong turn signal / Multifunction switch. The switch was installed last August, and there has been 1 week of use on it, so, it's essentially brand new.
The switch is for a 1995 Xj, without tilt wheel, and without intermittent wipers. I bought it from RockAuto - here is the link to the switch:
