Stroker...need starter advice.

I am using a 4.0 from a '97 with over 330,000 miles on it to build a 4.6/4.7 stroker. I plan on dropping it into a '99. Engine starts a little hard and is a little sluggish on acceleration compared to my almost 200,000 mile '99. I know I need 4.2 crank and connecting rods, oversize pistons, oversize valves, 24lb/hr fuel injectors, and all the other little whatnots that go with those parts. Should I get a new cam/lifters/rockers? Fuel pump? What do I need to change around the engine other than intake and exhaust systems to help bring out it's potential? Also what will get me the most bang for my limited buck on intake and exhaust components?
