RV Garage Addition (Don't have or want an RV)

I think you are building your shop nicer than my house.

Nice work.
Thanks! Some of it might be nicer than my house too. I was kinda in a rush on that since we were living in a camper. Hence the "don't have or want an RV ". 14 months was enough for a lifetime.

After a pack rat started building a nest on the battery of the 99, I decided to move everything in, even though I will need to move some out to finish a few things.
First time since we got the wife's Escape and the two door that there's been no vehicles in the driveway.

I figured out what to put on the shelf above the beam.

Made some jambs and casing for the opening between garages. I edge banded plywood for the jambs but only had enough oak for the side casings. No way in hell I would ever pay Home Depot almost $14/ board ft so I was planning to go down to Phoenix and stock up on oak and poplar. Mentioned that to the neighbor and he gave me an oak shelf that he had taken down. Just the right length and width for both tops.

Used some more of the extra tile to cover the concrete of the bathroom step- up
