Anyway, the FTC found two (Count em,.. TWO! :looney: ) acceptable, workable solutions to robocalls. From the article:
No doubt there has already been a down payment made to somebody who is regularly referred to as "the honorable,.." and has a "D" or a "R" appended to their name, to get these solutions made illegal.
