the 44 would have been the rear axle, a dana 30 is a front axle......

It took 17 can of Rustoleum flat lack enamel

I'm sorry I wasn't thinking. I already have a built ford 8.8 rear tho. Once I finish the front axle I'll roll both front and rear axles right under same day I do the lift

Took the Devil2 out wheeling for the first time today. I'm very impressed for a basically stock XJ with a quarter millions miles!

Got my Synergy axle assurance kit. Sleeves, gussets, and ball joints. Plus I just ordered my rear shocks. Rustys RX200 monotube R-211. Next week I'll order the front shocks, also Rustys RX300 remote reservoir R-311R

Yup! My front axle is just about all welded up, I'm selling the ACOS spacers and 4.5" springs because tomorrow UPS is dropping off a full Clayton 6.5" 3 link kit! Also just got a 232 tcase cuz I didn't realize that the 242 I currently have had so few aftermarket parts for it, like only one sye that cost $900! So I got the 231 for $100 and an sye for $220. Also just got a 62mm throttle body and Novak shifter cable. All I need are the front shocks from Rustys the R311 and then I can do my install! I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve right now! I can't wait to see that UPS truck tomorrow!!!
