My jeep is acting up, it sputters about every 30 min or so, but as soon as it starts getting could it stops, what could it be?

Also, is there a Amateur CB/Ham/Fm/Weather/29/50/144/430 Radio Scanner and transmitter, or something like that is all in one, I was wanting to use it for a Emergency scanner, CB Radio, and for Emergency use. Or will I have to buy three units.

This should do the trick...
You can purchase this radio used for about $350, but you require a Ham Radio Technicians License to use it.....

There are modifications available for Extended RX/TX, but they are for UHF/VHF bands...
29Mhz is the higher end of the 10M band, but I am not sure there is a modification the expand the RX/TX of the radio to the 11 meter band...
CB frequencies (11 meter) are 26.965 to 27.405.
To listen on the frequencies you want and talk on those same frequencies; you will need a HF radio which is expensive ($400+) and you will require a Ham Radio General License to use it....
Best idea would be to purchase a CB radio and then another radio that meets your other requirements...
To talk on 144mhz (2 meter) you still require at least a Technicians Licence...

PS. DONOT waste your money on the CBs with all the controls in the microphone.. such as the one in the XJ Store...
They donot tolerate exposure to dust and the usual knocking around.... Purchase a quality CB with a quality antenna such as a Uniden radio and a Wilson antenna.
