Anyone know if the tj needs a new rear drive shaft for a 2" lift? It's a rubi so it's already a fixed yoke.

We're updating some shocks and maybe a lift for fathers day.

Thank you for the help

Unbolt shaft from transfer case, raise it straight up two inches and make sure the splines are still adequately engaged on the shaft and it didn't pick up any wobble. If not, you probably won't need a new shaft. If so, or if it has vibes at speed now, take it to a drive line shop and have it extended. That shouldn't cost much at all.
