It has been raining cats and dogs in New Mexico lately. Historic rains, but fortunately none of the damage the folks up in Colorado got.
Sunday my friend and I went out to the "Puerco", a dry river that we frequently wheel in. As late as Saturday it had water flowing through it. Sunday, that water had all been absorbed and left the sand damp and firm. Made the river bed nice and flat for the most part, and great for some high speed runs. A few of the trails and obstacles had changed, and that was welcome.
Anyhow, the first part of this video is from 2 weeks ago, then it shows some higher speed stuff on Sunday.
