'96 black windshield trim removal

I need to clean behind my windshield trim on my '96. It has the black plastic trim that looks to be one piece. I can lift up the edge and look behind it, where I see some mud and corrosion.

My google foo so far indicates that there are some kind of clips, but I can not tell if I can just pop it off with a screw driver and then snap it back in or not.

Any recommendations?

I don't know why I missed this, but the corners are glued together, so it did not start out as one piece. It is what I get for going off of memory.
