i am thinking of putting a trans cooler on and i was wondering the best location to mount it.. infront behind a ac left right side i have a flex-a-lite 110 electric fan to replace the engine drive fan. so i trying get as much info as possable

did the mechanic clear the check engine code after he fixed the crank sensor?
if not go pull your positive battery cable and to reset comp and see if the idiot lite is still on
i have a 97 on 31 10.50 and i rubbed making turns but that was with only 3 inchs (pro) and very little trimming of the plastic and removal of the mud flaps so i put another 1 3/4 spacer and shackles (daystar) inch lift. rubbing gone. No sye but after reading around i think im the only 1 with...
ospho you can buy it from ACE home depot and such stores it converts rust. it creats a black scale just prime and paint right over it. i restored a 1967 VW chassis AKA rust bucket now it looks great.
with 4.5-5 inches your gonna need to make sure the kit you get has all the little things Brake lines T-case drop bracketsand all the other little things ive left out
i checked my u joints and 1 has little slop in it ill replace it and see if that helps i hope its that because i dont want to buy a SYE if i dont need to i luckly dont have bad vibs and i dont have a t-case drop its should be here any day
ok i heard the clunking noise off and on when im braking and taking off from a a stop. i recently inspected my front and rear brakes and there is no "apperent" problems
ill get to SYEs if thats the problem
i got a 97 with 4 3/4 lift 31 10.50 i have been reading around and i think the clunking noise is coming from my slip yoke and i have been looking at the slip yoke eliminator from rustys am i heading in the right direction?
i did that and the fan wouldnt spin so i took it out and took the motor housing a part and blew the dust out and cleaned the contacts and the fan worked when i hooked it directly to the battery but then it didnt work when i turned the A/C on is there a bad relay?
