    High Flow Cat

I got mine from autozone or such for $68 you can see right through it. Before replacing it I was running a straight pipe but after with the straight pipe it was too loud. I got a universal and just welded it on, saved about $100

very light headed and confused (gas problem)

The problem lies with your exhaust, you melted the sending unit O-ring. Don't fill up past half or go through any water. The hot exhaust will melt your spring bushings too. A cheap and easy fix it to just extend your exhaust with a flexible exhaust pipe. good luck Adam

chop top...and before you say it, i looked and looked for this

Maybe you haven't seen one because nobody has posted one of it online yet, I'm sure that some one has done it out there. I'm planning on doing that to mine when I can find one at CHEAP price. Also using a early CJ drop tailgate behind that. I'll post pics when I'm done

    Siezed up Detroit

I have a detroit locker in my d44 that does not unluck anymore. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with theirs. I was gonna try taking it out and using some PB blaster to try to disengage it. Anyone else have any experience with this. Suggestions? Thanks

    lincoln locked rear?

I have a d44 that has a detroit in it that is siezed up so it acts like a lincoln locker. On the road it isn't too bad so I really haven't worried about fixing it yet, just keep your tire pressures the same. I would run it until it breaks.

    3 Pt. tractor/long arms

Yeah the joints are pretty beefy and not as smooth as others... I'm gonna have to put grease fittings on them so maybe they would last longer... Gonna try them out this weekend if I can get some bushings for them. I'll keep ya posted... Any other people tried them out let me know

    3 Pt. tractor/long arms

I was at the tractor supply store the other day and saw some control rms that they use for 3 point hitches. THey come in variable lenths and with 1" I.D. hiem joints. I thinking I could put a bushing in there and use them to make a long arm kit... anyone ever tired that? They are real heavy...

    Fender Flares

I would save the money and just us zip ties thru the holes, the break before the fender cracks if you ever hit anything, I think it works great and you can't even tell.

    Draglink adjuster clamp...re-center steering/alignment?

No it won't throw it out of alignment as long as you only touch the sleeve by the drop pitman arm.

    Temp. Sensor 92 4.0 vs 96

Well it turned out to be a bad temp sensor, guage now reads right around 195. SWEET!!

I know this has been discussed but..Cooling Fan

I just got done going through the same problem and it turned out to be my temp. guage sensor on the back right of the block. Check the connection there and replace if corroded. Might fix your problem, could also check the actual temp using an infared temp guage and compare it to your guage.

    repair manual

I would just get that one... pretty sure that will take care of any issues that you might have.

    Temp. Sensor 92 4.0 vs 96

I just got off the phone with Jeep and they said that they have the same part number so I guess they are the same sensor, however it just may be a bad sensor. Gonna replace it tomorrow... I'll keep ya posted Feel free to post other thoughts on this matter Thanx

    Waning brake problem

After and during bleeding keep fluid reservior between the lines... call a junk yard and try to get one from a 96 and up I believe, i think they give you a lot more boost than a brand new stock one of your year through 95. There are def. articles on swapping a newer one on the web somewhere...
