I have a TJ Rubicon transfer case that I tore down to replace the mod and shift lever consumables. But during the assembly I accidentally destroyed a plastic thrust washer. I have spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to find the thrust washer that the input gear rides on inside the planetary...

sweet makes me feel better about the idea then of running KM2s.. but hopefully by the time I'm ready to go west, ill have a set of the new KM3s coming out soon.
Biggest thing holding up the trip is getting the father in laws crawler back together. He wheels his CJ6 for being a nearly show jeep, but it would be more fun to wheel the willys. But how does the KM2s do out in MOAB? that's all we run since we have to deal with mudd and rocks here in east...
Check out the B Lee's kit. several friends of mine run it with zero issues, its some what similar to the Cav-fab kits. it uses 3 bolts per side to connect to the frame. apparently there is a nutsert in the frame that needs to be drilled out and tapped and its ready to rock and roll. I have my...
thank you. ill definitely check it out. as for accommodations out that way. Is hotels or rental houses near by? or is it in the middle of no where.
Also.. I found a photobucket petition. I doubt it will get anything accomplished but I at least signed it...
That looks like a blast. I want to get out there badly. I hope to make it out there in 2 years. Bought a 45' gooseneck just for this reason and to haul my father in laws 46 rock crawler willys, or his 66 CJ6.
