How do you know it was the bulge in the tire causing your DW?
Is it possible that moving to the smaller tires put a lot less stress on your suspension and masked the DW.

It was in fact the front axle u joints.
I watched some online videos to view how to detect play and mine was very minimum but was enough to in fact cause the issue.
Also replacing the front axle u joints for whatever reason dramatically decreased driveline...
