When the jeep is cold it will turn both directions, but after it warms a little it feels like no power steering when turning left only. The steering box is a PSC. Is there a way to free the valves or fix whatever is causing this?

I know XJs came as panel vans, but has anyone ever welded sheet steel over the rear windows? Would it help strengthen anything?

So my XJ has big cracks in the quarter panel just below the window going to the D pillar. How do you guys fix this? Just weld up the cracks or should I also weld on some quarter panel armor to reinforce the whole area? Also what about using thick gauge sheet metal to cover the rear window also...

Is it safe to grind down one side of the pitman arm? My rugged ridge drop pitman arm is considerably wider than the factory unit and it contacts the sway bar when turning full left.

So I have a new NP231, and I installed a 600-551 Dorman shift switch, but the part time light does not come on. I did remove the switch and manually pushed the ball bearing and confirmed that the light does turn on. It's almost like the switch isn't quite long enough. Any ideas?

Why is the 97-99 TJ and 97-01 XJ front NP231 yokes have different listings? Ain't they the same part?!

My transfer case seems to have developed an intermittent popping grinding noise. The noise goes away in 4x4 part time, but is noticeable in the other selections. I've installed a hub lockout kit, so I'm wondering if it's wearing out the Full-time diff, even though I'm not using full-time.
