ok so... it seems to be the blend door, and no theres not really a way to get to it w/o pulling the dash, i am currently doing so will finish in the morning hopefully with results and will post them, extra info if you switch from a/c to heater i.e the middle knob you should hear the blend door...

well ill check that ,but it does blow air just not hot when heater turned on, going to try to flush it today wil post will results
