Thanks for the feedback. Is there a better place to get the Timken wheel hubs from? Saw some negative reviews on amazon for them. Is it better to get them from a auto parts store?
What about Moog for ball joints?
Anyone have any thoughts on an a replacement wheel hub? Is there an upgraded or beefier version available somewhere?

Given the limited amount of wheeling i actually get to do, and seeing that CavFab is running some sales right now, would it be reasonable to remove the RE drop brackets i am currently running with fixed LCAs and go with CavFab Stage 2 adjustable LCAs?

Dana 44 is totally clean now. I have removed all previous bracket tree. Need to weld on U-bolt illuminators.

Which do you think is better?
1. High pinion Dana 30 and Chrysler 27 spline 8.25 geared at 4:10.
Or
2. Low pinion Dana 30 and Dana 44 geared at 4:56.
Both sets will be locked front and rear. The 8.25 may get converted to 29 spline.
Also swapping in a Tera 4:1 with 2low if that affects...
Most of the people that I know only have a welder. They don't have much experience. That's why am trying to avoid welding. But I'm still a ways away from doing this, So the hunt continues for a welder and an experienced welder.

Am running drop brackets already and hate them. They get caught on everything... but my lift has sagged somewhat as well.

Looking at upgrading to a long arm set up for the front of my 95. Have found bolt-on (no welding) options from Rusty's and Iron Rock. Was wondering if anyone has experience with those (or any others) and what your thoughts are. This is a trail only rig that gets wheeled maybe 4 times a year, so...
Not a DD, have someone lined up for the gear adjustments. Will go with thicker diff fluid as well.
Or maybe I'll just stick with 27 spline and sell the Aussie ...

I have a 29 spline 8.25 with 3.55 gears in my rig right now.
I have a 27 spline 8.25 with 4.10 gears sitting in my garage. (and a matching D30).
