It actually has both, sometimes it will start and die as soon as I let off of the starter, other times it does not want to start. I have bypassed the ballast resistor. Any ideas?

What are the 3 wires going to the fuel Pump? Ground, Fuel pump power, Sending unit? I checked voltage on between outside two wires with key on and it is 10.?? is that correct? I cant get it running and just put in a new pump from Autozone.

I have the wires that are suppose to be connected to the ballast resistor hooked togerther bypassing the resistor and that has not solved my problem. In that case do you think that the computer is the problem? Any guess on cost of replacement computer? Thanks Chris

I had a similar problem and found that the main power wire going to the fuse panel on the engine side of the firewall corroded off, I soldered it and it works fine.
