How do I get the new bezel on. Have to remove the transfer case lever. Can anyone tell me how they did it? The old one was broken so it just poped out but the new one won't fit over the handle. 96 model year 321 case
My jeep is going into shop on Mon. Nov. 1, 2004. Will have front and rear springs, rear 27 spline axles, 231 transfer case output shaft, rims and tires (spare new and 2 tires very good), front and rear diff's with 3.55 gears, and anything else that gets taken off. Will be availible in...
Spend winters in Yuma Arizona. GEts up to over 100 degrees in march and april. Do I need an aux. Transmission cooler or are the lines going into the rad enough to do the job.??
I've seen ads in some of the mags for a 180* thermostat for the 4.0L. Anyone tried this and if so does it help keep temp down in engine compartment.
I will be spending the winter months in Arizona. Do I need to add a transmission cooler to my XJ? If so how is it tapped in?

Have a chance to buy 15 X 8 rims with 3.75inch back space. will these work properly with 32X11.50R15 tires? If not, what back spacing should I be looking for?

Am going to install 32's under a RE 6130 lift. Have 96 XJ with 4.0 and Automatic tranny. 3.55 presently in it. Thinking of a 4.10/4.11 axle ratio.
The way I figure it I will be a little slower than present. Anyone know exactly what I will have with this ratio?
What is the better rear axle. A Dana 35 or a Chrysler 8.25. Have a 96 with 8.25 and am thinking of changing axles from a 97 which are susposed to be thicker. Any comments?
