Anyone have this particular fitment issue with the pacesetter header for the renix. I didn't find any cases while searching. The header seems to interfere with the intake manifold in a couple spots.

Ac hose is designed for the heat output, the compressor will melt hose (i.e. standard air hose) not designed for the amount of heat generated by a ac compressor.
I have a similiar set up but I made a copper cooling coil that comes off the AC compressor then goes into plastic airbrake tubing...
I would but only after I've let run to make sure there are no other immediate problems from it sitting for so long that may require draining the oil for repair, such as oil leaks from seal deterioration.
Without looking at a schematic for an xj with a manual trans.... I would wire terminals B and C to a clutch pedal switch, terminals A and E to the reverse switch on the manual Trans and looks like all circuits are open when in drive, so nothing to do there
I got the ruffstuff kit with offset TREs.... But it's not pre built.... Look for something with offset TREs or like Johnnie said, a kit with a bent tie rod
