    Starter Welder

X2 on this. If you save a little more it will be exponentially better. Right now Esab has a deal going on the mig only rebel. It is a fantastic machine, especially for beginning welders. It features smig which reads end line voltage and adjust while you weld. It will make you look like a...

    Behemoth Drivetrain Strong Box

If I were in the market for a under drive box i would go with NWF eco box. Its a DIY kit from a reputable company. I think its by far the best way to go. http://www.northwestfab.com/NWF-Eco-Box-Billet-Planetary-Doubler-Case_p_2403.html

    The Family Build

We stayed at arrowhead fri, sat, and sunday. I really enjoy camping there. I met you at the spring jamboree. We were going to visit yall at the tent but you were busy when we came through and I forgot to stop back by on my way out. Is there a build thread on the jeep yall are talking...

Good to see you post on here Doug. I've been a lurker for years and been following your builds on here and pirate since I thought leaf springs were cool with bumblebee! Matter of fact, these wheels and tires come from Matt.

The boatsides are from Brandon at RIDES of Conover. They don't really take any fab skills cause they bolt on. I welded mine on but they bolt on if you like.

    The Family Build

To me, there's no question on which one to use. The ram axle has unit bearings, disco, and weaker tubes. I think there is a huge advantage to the old school tapered bearing hubs. I've had all kinds of cherokee's over the years and this one is completely different on the road. I'm not even...

    The Family Build

Here it is on its first trip out. We went to the jambree at uwharrie. It did great. I locked in one hub twice, once at poser rock and once at kodak rock. Never even locked both hubs in. All five of us rode and had a great time. For some odd reason they love to sleep when we wheel.

    The Family Build

I've had a cherokee with a chopped top for a few years now and have had a lot of fun with it all over nc an tn. About a year ago I had twins. We've always been a wheeling family, and I finely talked my wife into letting me take the twins riding when they turn 14 months old. That was...

    The Flats

The part that they use for ecors is pretty small. The whole park is quite big. Not Harlan or Coal Creek big, but I'm pretty sure its around 80 to 100 acers. You can ride a whole day and not do it all. It's diffrent though. The trails milage wise is not very impressive, but if your in a group...

    Uwharrie

I think it would be a great idea to have it during the jamboree. It was a decent turn out, especially for the weather. I'm used to big turn outs around here. We have a couple local privite parks that open a few times a year and have massive turnouts. One is a quite small park (only 25 acers) but...

    Uwharrie

Hey guys. I'm new to the board and met a few people at the jamboree. I had a really great time even though I didn't get to wheel my rig. I know there's been a little talk about it but I wanted to bring it up again. How many people would be intrested in having an event there in the fall...

    1st Annual Uwharrie OHV Jamboree ~ Mar. 30th - April 1st

I found one of the videos while at work. I'll have to get the other at the house. Had a lot of fun there. We should really make an event there in the fall. I know that both kenny (the guy in the videos) and myself would come. We got to try out his mt ttc claws, 4.88 gears and spool and spartan...

We went and had a good time. First trip to uwharrie and really enjoyed it. We met a few at the tent but missed anyone to ride. Didn't get to wheel mine but rode with my friend and got to try out a bunch of new parts on his. Found out my frame is cracked at the steering box! Got a little...
