    well I took it Friday to get tires balanced. 3 of the 4 were out and I've had no more vibration issues since then. Fingers crossed that I'm done! thanks everyone!

    Thank Tom. This is a bone stock XJ so only single u-joints. That said while I have it out I can always have the balance checked. Thanks!

    Just to update this one - I've finally started looking into this one more closely. I pulled the drive shaft today hoping to find a smoking gun. So far the u-joints look find. Nice and tight and both freely moving. I will lube the splines for the slip joint and put it back together tomorrow...

    01 XJ drivers window auto down doesn't work

    funny thing..... I've never tried the other window switches but none of the work from their respective doors, so odds arer my window lock button is bad as well, or who knows maybe it's related. thanks everyone!!

    I just want to run this by the group. I'm pretty sure it's the switch since there isn't a BCM in the XJs, but.... 01 XJ, drivers window 'auto down' function doesn't work. all windows work with no issues and I'm pretty sure the function to make the auto down is all in the switch itself, so...
