I used the HF air saw and blue tape as a guide! Came out nice straight and then clean up with a fine flapper wheel.

All I can say is I'm very happy with it and haven't had any problems with it!! I bought mine used and disassembled it and anti seized everything made it much easier to adjust!! And if your in the Hi Desert I Hav a reamer u can borrow!!

I didn't take a picture but it goes on the passenger side knuckle takes up the roll out of the TRE It's very stiff bushing!!

I found one at a place called Mcfadden Dale industrial Hardware for 75.00!! Don't now if there one down south. It's a spiral 7/8 " I no most prefer the fluted 7* but it works just go slow!!

Thats the right size 21.25'' just went and measured Mine. And make sure you have the bushing for the Passenger Side.
