There are no sources for Belleville washers around where I live, but I found several sources on-line. Does anyone know the ourside diameter of those washers?
I am also looking for the large washers for the manifold bolts. The dealer part number is 33004255, and they want $3.50 each. Theres 11 washers total, and I was hoping to get somehting a little cheaper. I installed a Banks header and lost the washers, so I had to use some thick grade 8 flat...
I looked at the Griffin before I bought the Be Cool. The Griffins have an epoxy coated interior that I was told will reduce the cooling capability. It probably doesn't matter, and I wish I had gone with them. They are both the same thickness.
So I called Be Cool and spoke with one of the guys...
The studs fit in the stock bushings, but there were other construction issues with the radiator. We are really tight on money, so ditching it and spending another $200 won't go over well with my wife. Thanks for the info xj9140, the more people with similar issues will help my case when I call...
I found the part number, 60088. It is not found on the Be Cool website or Summit racing. Street Performance has it for $592.99
