tom woods shaft has been on for only about 100 miles or so. would bad or going bad axle u joints cause this?

Took the front leaf off/down and i couldnt figure out how to use a c clamp on that, so i beat it with a hammer and it went back into place with minimal effort. thanks

Press the bushing back in with a press or will a c clamp work? and what can i do to prevent it from happening again?

Got the OE front DS balanced and installed, and still the same thing. So then I put the front DS on the rear by itself, without a front DS. With this setup their is a hum. The more load on the motor the louder the hum gets at only above 65 mph. When coasting the hum is almost gone. So then...
