wow that is pretty damn helpful thanks for those links man im gonna use those for sure, im planning on trying to just swap the fluid and see if there is any shavings and how dirty the oil is then seeing if just replacing with new stuff, if that will fix my problem but i think i will test that...

alright, so i rechecked the oil its alil brown for how new it is and a lil watery for my likings but it still should be okay, its only 2000miles old. I went back to auto zone and had them flash the code again it is P0740, "tcc". not good at all.
