    Busted ARB

On a steep climb this past weekend, I slid back about 5 feet and landed on a ledge with the wheels spinning. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1073973285764297036 By the RPM in the video, you can tell that I didn't engage the locker midway, and it didn't lose pressure. I was able to drive...

Those who saw it, PM if you are interested. Have added a few things since WF and the price is a steal. Needs absolutely nothing. :viking:

    Wheelin'

I know most of you are into meet&greets and custard swaps, but I feel like wheelin'. Heading to Attica 4/18-4/19. Likely stay with a friend in town, or at the pole building. Email me at Yahoo if you want in. Roxtar...I know that you are likely booked with a boater safety course, a sommalier...

This weekend only, in Crown Point, IN, my wheels and tires for $425. These have 8000 miles on them, and are balanced and siped. See 'For Sale' forum for info, and 'it will take a miracle' thread in Winterfest forum for pics. These cost me $850 shipped in Sept. First offer takes them.

    XJ body lift

Spent the weekend in the 'thriving metropolis' of Crown Point, IN this weekend, helping Kid4Lyf deplete the reserves of Cabo Tequila in IN, strip his once proud rig, and prep for a new set of legs. Who says you can't put a body lift on an XJ? Maybe a 'subframe' option, to get rid of that pesky...

    Wheels and Tires

I have a set of five (5) 15x8 tech1 Rockcrawlers with 4.5" bs with five (5) BFG Mud Terrains on them in 33x10.5 flavor. The tires have about 8000 miles on them, and I recently had the center lugs siped. The wheels don't have any dings or nices, and they balance well. They have been used about 6...

    Upper and Lower fixed arms.

I have a set of Rustys(I think) control arms that are about right for a 4-5" lift. The lowers are fixed, at 16.5", and the uppers have 2 sets of axle side holes, one at 15" and one at 16". The bushings are factory rubber, and are in acceptable condition. $100 for all 4.

    Tow Rig dreams...

If I was the kind of guy who didn't trust my heep to get me home from wheeling, this would be the vehicle: The Today Show was on the the lobby of one of my client offices today, and they were showing this thing off. Info is here. I am torn between the 2.5 and the 5 ton. Nuclear fallout-proof...

Thats my black, scratched up rig...

I guess I win since all you guys can bag on is my frozen CO2 setup. My XJ club on the Isle of Tonga is pretty cool, but I wanted to give you guys a try. Boy, was that a mistake. A tribe of pantloads urinating on each others Jeeps, axe-mur-diddly-urdering a fire, and making fun of Southern...

    Could it be...

We all had a good laugh at the NASA-engineered ACOS knockoffs made from plumbing products, but it has been awhile. Today, I was driving back from the RV rental joint after returning the Winterfest popup, when I came across a YJ with a body lift. This, mind you, was no ordinary body lift...

    BPI rear bumper...maybe...

I have a '99+ BPI rear bumper in mint condition that may need to go. It has a 2" receiver, and no tire carrier. Poison Spyder is now selling this bumper for $633. Maybe they changed something, maybe not. I also have the corner panel armor that BPI used to sell, but PSC now sells for $65. I will...

    Big Time Thanks

Huge appreciation to Beezil, JohnLL, Gil and Raven, Jack, Rev and Sue, and of course, the wyfe. Today I had 6 friends drive up to 3 hours in a snow storm to help me with swapping my tcase, rear bumper, electrical cables, armor, and skids. Swap time!!!

I am picking up the donor rig this evening. Overall, I am losing $1000, but also getting a rig with 64,000 easy miles, compared to 106,000 rather hard ones. My front bumper is going to have to be pulled and have some work done, but the rest should go somewhat easily. I will be going at the...

    It will take a miracle...

I was on the way to pick up the wyfe and kids for the boy's birthday this evening, and the heep decided to do it's impersonation of Nadia Cominici on the way up the exit ramp. I was signalling to exit, and car in front of me decided to exit at same time, leaving little room for the heep. I tried...
