I have a HP D44 from a '76 Ford F150. I want to cut it down to TJ rubicon length. How much do I need to cut from each side? '89 Cherokee, 4.88s, 33" tires, locked up front/rear.

I guess I haven't heard much regarding rubi/dana 30 outer knuckle weekness. I'm only running 33s.

Problem is, I just built custom beadlocks and want to keep the 5 on 4.5 pattern. This axle is 2.75" vice 3" from the 3/4 ton. Ironic, I found 3" Cs that will fit but no 2.75!
