Narrow contact patch will put more pressure on what tread meets the ground, that's greats for mud and snow if I'm not mistaken. Dont forget that when wheeling and aired down that sidewall tread begins to make contact with terrain. I think you'll be happy with the road manners of that tire/size...

The cat is after the cross member, and yes the down pipe has a donut. In my case its a banks gasket and its not the same as the stock ones. I'm not sure if its specially made or simply a step up for their header, but ide like to have a downpipe that will match the ID the header is kicking out...

Well with a new cat she passed. I still want to fix my down pipe as the sealing area has ovaled out, so that is on the to do list.

I would do that, there's actual a similar one that's a bit smoother on ebay, and just a little more money, but I already burned the catalytic converter on. If I bought that down tube I'd be cutting it in half pretty much.

My cooling has never been better. I bypassed my radiator with the trans coolers and it's certainly helped the engine cool down quicker.

Well round two failed, I kind of thought it would, but figured it worth the shot since it was free. I just put in regular 87octane. The HC did come down from .98 to .83, tolerance is .8gpm. Nox stayed pretty much Identical at 5.06 from the previous 5.1, tolerance was 1.5gpm. Ill check spark...
