All you have to do is take the bleeder off the front of the proportioning valve. There is a spring and valve type assembly inside. On the valve assembly there is a rubber o-ring. Just take it off, and put everything back together. This gives you full line presseure to the rear brakes, or atleast...

I have a similar problem, but I try to start for just a few seconds and after two or three attempts it starts right up. Seems like the fuel pump isn't sending enough pressure to the fuel rail.
I watched my brothers jeep just kill it at Superlift Park on a set of 33x12.50 bfg mud terrains. He went places I had trouble with 35 boggers. We are both locked. I was very impressed with how they rode on the road, and gripped the wet rocks out there.

I don't have their long arm kit, but I have bought parts from them before. They were very knowledgeable, and friendly. Several of the guys that work there drive built xj's. I would think they must have some clue what they are doing.
