its a compleate 98 sport 4door 4x4 auto has 110,200 (somewhere in there) minus the front fenders header pannel hood and bumper because of a front end colision but other than that every thing else is good

ok so i have a d44 out of a 87 its got stock 3.54 gears right now its all dis assembled but i can put it back together if u want me to im askin 250 for it
i have a D44 for a xj its got 3.55's right now its all apart it could probly use new axle seals and wheel cylinders well its all apart im sellin it for 300 apart or ill put it all back together for 350 thats with out new wheel cylinders and seals

ok i no its not for a jeep but some one may want it th only bad part about it is its a 2wd trans but i got every thing for it and its out of a 91 and is in good running condition from wht i was told so if anyone wants it 50 bucks but pick up only b/c it weights a ton
