What if you fit a tight hoop in front of the MC, then tie it into your tubes outside the fenders. Would keep your supports out of the tires way. Then you could weasel in linking supports across the engine. Doesn't sound or look like you'll fit anything simple and easy.

MORE makes new brackets for the block. Someone else does also, I've been searching but can't find them.
Anyone else know off hand? May not be released for sale yet. rensing
Who makes a tube notcher that based like a stamp? Where the tube is fishmouthed one side at a time. I've seen them before at the metal supermarket. The cutting die is interchangeable and is shaped like a concave disc on its cutting side. It acts like a shear.

Did you find a flexplate yet? What year TJ are you working on? You should be able to order the same year XJ flexplate and be done. I think the timing scribes are different between Renix and HO. Stu used an XJ flexplate.Rensing
Alright what is out of what here? Tranny shouldn't matter at all. All you need to worry about is matching the flexplate to the motor/PCM. Possibly your CPS won't match the correct flexplate but then splice the correct one in.
You can call Transtar here in Cincy @513-671-5160 ask for MaryAnn...
I was talking about bending you arm in the toe out position. And the bend might bring the mount back to position. But, you probably don't need that much bend. Hope itall works out.Rensing
When your crawling hows the sway compared to short arms. I was surprised mine stayed the same after I put my...
I know the FullTraction uppers are angled on the axle side mount. This may work in your favor. With the amount you may need to bend your arm. You may be able to spin your arm so the angle mount faces towards the wheel, then bend your arm and bring the angle back without cutting. Either way you...
I don't doubt you on the smoothness. I'm just saying that dropping your pinion angle to at least level with driveshaft won't hurt. I don't know your Caster pitch but bringing the pinion down would only increase your Caster.
The bend you would need would be only slightly up and out towards the...
I agree w/ David, sleeve the uppers and bend them. I had the same problem w/ my D30 pinion, but I flat out needed to lower the pinion. I made my CAs alot like FullTraction with 4CAs. But followed the same lines as stock for the most part to mount on the frame. CA lengths are lca28" uca27".

You want to have your pinion facing the transfer case. And at your height I don't see you having any Caster with your pinion at the proper angle. If your pinion is a little lower than your needed height and your not getting vibes, you should be ok. Rensing
Just happened to me on a vehicle I helped put the lift on. I'm not sure what kind of miles you have on yours. But, I would check or even replace your CA bushings. Jeep just released a TSB on shimmy after hitting a bump. They are replacing all 4 CAs and axle upper bushings.
Also, check to make...
I used those days as rough est. We'll be in Vegas through Friday morning. If anyone wants to meet and wheel, they'd be more than welcome. Our first time out there and can't wait. Always missed the events!
Hope to hear from you guys!
We may decide to stop at the Avalanche Ranch on the way home if...
