I'll chime in on the locker question. In my personal experience, a selectable locker is best if you plan on any time in ice or snow.

Have the cap pressure tested. This typically means it is not holding pressure when it fills the overflow like that.

Watch guys like "Dirt Lifestyle" on Youtube. I think he has a video on tools you need for metal fabrication. Plus, I think he does some pretty cool projects and does a great job filming it all. I learn by watching others.

Tire size? How are you bleeding them when replacing? I used to do the method of on jacks and turn back and forth but now I vacuum bleed it. I take probably longer than I need but upon initial startup there is no noise at all from the pump.

I have the WJ seats in. I don't really have any photos of where I drilled that would help you, but it was pretty easy to put them in and fold them down to see where to drill, where they sit when folded back and so on. It is just trial and error to see what fits best.
