You've got to be kidding right? Removing the exhaust manifold and re-installing the new one is an all day job the first time you do it. Take my word for it, buy a wobble extension. You'll need it!

How do I lube the suspension and driveline joints?

I have an 89' 4.0l XJ with 171,000 miles on it. I've done some maintenance items such as replacing diff fluid, replacing coolant, new springs and shocks and a new exhaust manifold. What else should I do to keep this baby running tip top?

Thanks to everyone for their help and advice on this. I took everything apart and retorqued the manifolds down with ALL the bolts, traced all the vaccuum lines and made sure all the sensors were hooked up properly. I found the map sensor was unplugged and the manifold was for sure not...

I did put a new manifold on, and I did replace the gasket. I think I'm just going to burn this thing in my front yard.
