This fits all Ford Crewcab (4-door) F-150's with the 5-1/2 foot long bed from 2003 to 2008. Don't know about it fitting any other make of truck, as these are usually built for specific makes/models/years. Hope this helps.:D

Went with the Dakar soft ride... but just ordered an additional leaf to make them the firm ride and get more lift. 3-1/2 inches, but use an extended shackle as well.:D
