I have a 1995 Ford Bronco, has approximately 185k miles, runs and drives good, Detroit locker up front, Spartan locker in the rear, 4.56 gears, (5) new 35-12.50-15 BFG A/Ts, and lots of other extras. Has dings and dents from being my trail rig, but overall still looks good. Family takes up all...
Just like the title says. A couple of them still have decent tread, but the other two are pretty worn. They could be grooved still, and make a decent set of tires for a trail rig, or would make some good spares for a trail rig as is. $200
I am not sure. I sold it (minus the tires) to another one of the Arkansas Crawlers guys. He has since built a buggy, and sold it to someone else.
Had a built full width 44/9 combo, with detroit locker up front, spool in the rear, chromo shafts, 5.13's, and hydro assist steering up front...
Oddly enough I don't miss the exocaged XJ that much, I do miss my last XJ that I had though. That one was my baby. It just didn't make sense to keep it, the trailer, and tow rig anymore when all they did was collect dust.
Photos of the last one I built.... Rasputia was her name, she was...
Not an XJ, but I did finish my sliders, repainted my bumper to match my cage and sliders, and finally bit the bullet and installed a 2" lift up front. Bronco is at the alignment shop getting an alignment right now. I also got my rear bumper mounting brackets cut out, bolted on, and started...
My 35's are like passenger car tires to me. I got used to throwing around 38's, 40's and up. LOL Try 15.5 inch wide 40's on steel beadlocks. I bet those dudes weighed well over 100 lbs each.
Man things are pretty hectic right now. We have three kiddo's now, and the youngest is only 3 months old! I don't get to get out and wheel as much as I used to. One of the reasons I sold the rig that needed to be trailered, and picked up the bronco. It is fun to run around town in, go...
I have a rig, it just isn't an XJ! Right now I have a 95 Bronco on 35's with no lift (keeping it Low COG), locked front and rear with 4.56's, custom winch bumper and roll cage. Getting ready to clock my t-case up flat, and build my rear bumper, sliders, and belly skid this weekend.
Well something just made me decide to check in on the forum here. I still no longer own an XJ, but I just wanted to stop in and see who all was still around and say hello!
