    front driveshaft question

Umm, I'm not sure I fully understand the question. Putting in driveshafts shouldn't be hard at all.

    MORE bombproof block mounts

I just recieved mine in the mail today. Just got done spray painting them. I'll see how the install goes tomorrow with the engine in the rig. Apparently I'm the '95 year guinea pig.

    Advantages of a Wrangler

I'm surprised noone has mentioned this yet. With the top up on a half door TJ, visibility sucks. Huge blind spots to the sides, both to the back and to the front.

What year do you have, and what transmission?

Who HASN'T had a passenger side motor mount failure?

I tried that today. Appentrently I slipped or something and welded a blob somewhere on the side above the bolt. I get to a certain point when I'm screwing it out and can't seem to move it anymore. Weird thing is I don't see anything in the way. I'm pissed with it right now. Shouldn't have...

TPS code 24 problem...high idle at park

I have that code still coming at me even though I replaced the TPS too. I'm sure it's a wiring problem. Mine dosn't rev high though, it stumbles when I accelerate. Happens when ever it rains/has rained. Hasn't happen in the past few weeks though since we've been in a drought. It's the least of...

Problem running with just front driveshaft

Ok, so I installed the PORC SYE, and everything seemed pretty good install wise, besides the fact that I didn't use enough permatex on the bottom of the housing,so I have a slight oil leak. I'm running it in 4H without a rear driveshaft (aka, badass FWD jeep), but it likes to pop out of 4H and...

    Sucessful Dakota lift!!

I run 4.5 inches in the front. I use the RE Drop brackets with the stock CA's. Works great, rides better then when I was at 2 inches. At 4.5 inches, you'll need either the drop brackets or longarms to have a good daily driver. Plain Adj control arms just won't cut it.

    Last SYE question, i swear....

My PORC SYE had a plug sent with it.

    weird handling with lift

Search "death wooble". You'll find lots of info on it. You'll know if you have death wooble or not. I just have a shimmy most of the time, but the first time I had death wooble, I was about to shit my pants. You literaly think your front axle is just going to fall off.

    SYE install, stripped 10mm bolt...

I got it. Ended up using the viesgrips as tight as the would go, and used a ratchet with a ujoint to get the weird anlge that the nut is on. After I got the nut off, I hammered on a 3/8 socket, and drove it out of the case. Now my problem is that my snap-ring pliers are a POS, gonna go swap...

    Thick Gears??

I looked around, but I don't think anyone makes thick gears for a Dana 30, but if you can find em, go for it. Just as strong.

    SYE install, stripped 10mm bolt...

Yeah, it's still on the jeep, I'll try using vice grips again while using a wrench to back off the nut. It's afresh day, and I'm not mad....yet, so I can think straight agiain. :)

    SYE install, stripped 10mm bolt...

Ok, everything was going smooth, and well,it's always something. I got to the top 12 point 10mm bolt, and well, it's stripped to kindom come now. Any suggestions? I'm really pissed right now. What's the point of that thing anyways?

    BB question about quality

Those spacers are way to big, Al too. You want steel, and that kit dosn't come with everything you need either. You'll need new LCA's, shims for the rear, and probably longer brake lines.

    Junkyard upgrades

best thing to do is get some off of an S-10. If you can't use a circle saw, don't think you should be messing with your jeep.

    temp a little high?

210 is good for the Jeep. The fan should come on whenever the A/C is on, and it comes on after it passes the 210 mark I believe. Sounds like your Jeep is healthy. Mine,on the other hand is not. I usually run 260-280 on the interstate, not good.\ Edit: Just went back and reread your post. With...
