Think you might have to get used to it being a rattle trap... I've had two and the both have been noisy as hell as soon as they got some lift. If someones got an answer though Id like to hear it quiet mine up too.
After driving for 5 hours home from moab last week, i am not a 1/4 mile from home when my theres a loud pop or bang from the front... not sure exactly, but from then on theres been a weird friction feeling from the front right wheel. Theres now about 1/8th of a turn of play in my front d shaft...

x2 dont need to sleeve the frame rails really, it never hurts but def. no necessary
The oil pan clearance sucks, you need something like 5-6" of lift to keep the tracbar(i think cant really rememeber) from putting a nice dent in the pan
you need to put a 700r4 tail shaft in the th350 for the adapters to work. also its a real bitch dont do it, unless you plan on grenading the axles. It was the worst mod i ever did, just find one with a 4.0 plenty of power for a cherokee
Thats part of it, the other half of it is the rear axle, and its angle too. there are 2 joints to cause vibes in the shaft one at the bottom and one at the top so its not exclusively the slip yoke. its about the angle difference between the output shaft of the tcase and the pinion. you want them...

you can turn the leaf mounts on your rear axle to correct the angle haha:yap: but its not worth doing any cheap fixes on your driveline
and yeah you probably need an sye, but you might also think about getting rid of the spacers and blocks... esp the blocks

Put a 4' peice of pipe on the end of your breaker bar and crank it, ive snapped at least 3 of them on my own, its really not hard, just need leverage. Im telling you this will work and its way way easier then put new axles in cause your stud is stuck.
Sounds like a good bit of money wasting to me, i mean if your only going to 31s you really dont need a supercharger or a stroker. Unless you plan on drag racing it. A lot of crap you dont need for the lift youll be putting on it. And yep there are headers made for the 4.0L just a real beeotch to...

As for CO if you need a ride, as long as you dont mind riding in an xj with no stereo, i can get you as far as Summit County, but Glennwood Springs is a good bit farther.
Extremely nice fab work, it looks awesome. Though i would tell the yota guys that while their rigs rust away to the shotty sheet metal toyota built them with(if theres original metal anywhere on them that is), and the 22re is all thats left, at least our cherocars will be tearin it up on the trail
To reiterate, in case its unclear, nothing is coming off of this jeep till mid may at the earliest, sorry guys but i cant do anything from 2000 miles away. The only way to get it sooner would be to buy the entire thing
