    Thanx - was wondering 'bout the best dia. I've already got the drill - had to cut thru 10ga galv with 3" holesaw on another project, so this should be like butter. Now to find Grade 8 hardware..

    Looks like I'll have to do the holesaw route too - I can't imagine I'll be able to drill thru the bolts since 2 of 'em have EZ-Outs broke off in them!

    Have you decided what size tire you want? I'm contemplating 16's only because the narrow 32" AT tire I want to try is only available in the 235/85/16 size as far as I know.

    I don't have a definitive answer for you, but with the O.R., even if the winch protrudes just as far foreward as the MORE XJ, the tube design appears to sweep back at the sides to give more clearance at the corners. I like the protected fog light placing.
