Awesome dog! what type is he? He looks alot like my husky! When we first got him (10 weeks old) more recently

We did air him down! He even had an arb rear! It was a lil steep hill on fins and things, and he got a running start and just couldnt get it, so we gave him a bit of help.

I ran it last fall. dont get me wrong those hills are hard, but the lines are more straight forward then rocker knocker (cant go straight up it). I could see how the bypass on rockpile could get pretty torn up easily. but there were enough rocks stacked up that we walked right up it. i didnt...

Most of pritchett is pretty straight forward. the only one that is weird is rocker knocker. gotta know the right line. and its very counter-intuitive... and its scarier then hell.

man i would love to go with! however my spring break is over the week before that :(

Re: tentative: moab march 20-23 I would suggest camping, sure its nice to be in a campground and close to town. But nothing beats waking up to the pristine, calm, red rocks and sand every morning. I would say start off on Poison Spider, Hells Revenge, Fins and Things if youve never been there...

I also feel RE had great stuff... I was going to put the 5.5" springs on my jeep soon too :(

im not claiming to be a pro, but when the metal is that thin, isnt it bad to do that much welding on it? because the metal on the 'frame' rail would heat up much faster then the 3/16 plate of the stiffener... so it would be a bad weld? thats just my understanding of it. which is why they dont...

we just installed some tnt stiffeners on my dads xj. when we went up to pick up tnt stuff, they said not to plug weld on the unibody, as it is not strong enough to support it. so we just welded the edges. not sure if that is accurate, but it makes sense, and the perimeter welded was still ALOT...

i love how defensive everybody gets about a jeep being that high. i feel perfectly comfortable with the xj wheelbase to be that high

i would be very interested in a trip like this. even though ive lived in colo most of my life, all the fun stuff ive ever done is in moab... i want to see the fun stuff colo has to offer!
