how many holes did you ream with it to wear it out already? :P
Those reamers are $75 (for those interested in buying, you're gonna need one). Just saying. I'd prolly buy it if I didn't just spend $500 at Iron rock offroad. GLWS though.
I know, back from the dead. I've got a ford 8.8 from a 99 explorer. Grabbed the flange off an older drum 8.8 and a front driveshaft from a 94 V8 ZJ. I want to do a homebrew hack'n'tap and I'm sure I can find the dbl-cardan to flange joint off one of the cars listed but my question is:

Body work? Look up trucks' episode Cheep Cherokee. All parts are bolt on replacements. Paint maybe. Use a come along to pull things square if need be. What's the asking price?
I will when I get home.
Can't believe people are still asking for it lol. I should try and host it somewhere and link it. At any rate, I'm working til 2 so I'll fire it off to ya sometime shortly there after.

it's funny how many times people post with "hard to find parts" when I can go pull them all day long at the local yard for $1/as-many-fit-in-pockets :P
I know, lame spin-off of chicken/egg but blah! So my jeep has been parked for something like a year. I knew when I parked it that the mileage blew royal dead goat d!ck but now that it's back on all fours and "purring" again, there's quite alot of black smoke coming out. So I checked the plugs...
what's the deal on XJ's? I need to go to a yard and pull a t-case on saturday. How do I tell if it's the right spline count without yanking it off the tranny first?
nvm, 90+ are 23, 89 and older are 21.
