WOW there's a trip down memory lane. I was stoked to find another option for vents, then the yard started stocking up on Turbo Lebarons lol. I haven't seen any more Sunbirds with them since then.
Glad to see them finally installed, they look great!
What if you just modified one of the TB's to be closed at 0% throttle? As you give it the beans it functions like a normal TB, but it does not let air through at close?
I guess the point we're making is, why post the huge articles when the links are already there? I know it's helpful info, but we can google search, too. To post the links and then the articles and act as though we needed a messenger to share this information with us or we wouldn't have access to...

What year? I mainly did different injectors and regular rebuild maintenance type stuff for my 97. Computer stuff can all stay the same if you aren't going crazy.
I ended up using Duralast. I normally don't shop at Autozone, but Advance Auto had none on hand. Everything got buttoned up today and after aligning and center the steering wheel, all is good!. Two washers worked well as spacers.
Went back to the store, bought duralast upper and lowers. Textured mating surface. They require the press to fully seat, and the driver's side is awesome right now. The castle nut still doesn't meet up with the cotter pin hole, so it looks like I'll grab some hardened steel washers to space it...
