    o.b.a. question

I'm working on an oba system for my xj, and had a couple of quick questions: -How do you measure for a new belt? (I don't have a/c) -Does the vhicle drive as if you have the a/c on, such as sluggish acceleration and bad mileage? Thanks, any help is appreciated.
