Does anyone know the best way to remove that seal with the zerk fitting on it on the slip yoke on the front shaft? I saw a thread that said to pull it off but it doesn't pull off, its almost like somthing is holding it on. Any thought?

Sorry to ask such a stupid question. But I think I am right. I think I have a chrysler 8.25 but the local shop around here says it is a dana 35 and I did get a filler plug for a dana 35 from them and it did work in the diff cover. But to me it looks like a 8.25. Will you guys please help me...
