i am about to replace my steering stabalizer on my 2000 xj, any thing i should know about before doing it? problems i should avoid?

ya my vacuum bottle fell out, how bad is it and should i be in a rush to replace it???

my 2000 xj is making cracking like noises when im turning both right and left and is so much worse in the rain, also my power steering doesnt work at some point (like backing up or just starting to accelerate) i checked the fluid and its fine, im not sure if the two are related

i just took my stock front bumper off today so i can put on a new one. on the passenger side there is a ball screwed to the bumper with a tube going into it. i pulled the tube out for a split secong and it let out air. what is it and do i need it? 2000 xj 4.0 auto
