I have factory speakers and cd/mp3 player head unit, so I wasn't concerned with wire gauges. I just needed a replacement because through my troubleshooting I determined something was wrong with the factory wire.

I have same problems. compressor is cycling. aluminum tube into the evaporator is cold, running through the firewall. from time to time (maybe every couple months) the vents get stuck on the defrost outlets - so i know i have a vacuum problem. my next question is - where do i physically...

if your jeep is your only transportation buy one extra u-joint for when you lose a needle bearing. if you get greasable u-joints, put the zerk fitting in compression side of the yoke (presuming you do most of your off road driving in forward, not reverse)

could see the line separating the two fluids. the steering fluid floats on top. so i sucked it out, poured more fluid in, sucked more out, etc ... several times. this weekend maybe i'll flush the entire system it's probably not a bad idea anyway
